Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the MyTurn cloud platform, web applications, APIs, and physical queue management hardware.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyTurn platform, including web applications, kiosks, displays, or APIs, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Enterprise deployments include SLA-backed uptime, scalable infrastructure, and centralized administration.

2. Platform & Services

MyTurn is a cloud-based queue, appointment, and attendance management platform that supports web apps, physical kiosks, customer displays, staff terminals, and secure API integrations.

3. Hardware & Devices

MyTurn supports physical kiosks, ticket printers, digital signage, and counter displays. Hardware may be purchased directly or integrated from approved vendors.

MyTurn provides software configuration and integration support but is not responsible for physical damage, misuse, or third-party hardware failures.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Services may be suspended if payment obligations are not met within the agreed billing cycle.

5. Liability & Compliance

MyTurn shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption. The platform is designed to comply with GDPR and enterprise security standards.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lisbon.
